I love, love, love Gruyere cheese. I actually just got back from a trip to Switzerland and I went to Gruyere and the cheese factory. We took a tour, saw how they made the cheese… it was awesome! And I think that it made the cheese taste even better afterwards

Ellen and Oprah are AWESOME! I loved watching Oprah with ellen. I don’t have DVR so I often miss both shows but I love when I can catch them.

I love Ellen! We had her show on in the hospital when I was laboring with my second baby. Sadly, I’m never home to watch her show anymore, and I don’t have DVR.

Gruyere IS amazing, I agree….just put it on anything…heck just eat the durn thing!

Those cookies look yummy, thanks for sharing the recipe. I’m really excited about Oprah and Ellen on the cover too…I actually got to see part of the Oprah show when the two of them were promoting (and goofing off) about the this issue being released.

The cookies sound great! I curious how they would taste if the whole wheat flour were to be used. And nice chocolate choice, def. one of my favorites!
