I want to start off tonight’s post by thanking my mom for the wonderful, fresh produce from her garden. The other day, she gave me a mini red pepper, hot peppers, and some yellow string beans. Score!

I also want to thank Nasoya for their delicious Chinese Style Noodles!
Mal and I were both BIG fans of these babies. We’ve already brainstormed a bunch of yummy ideas for future noodle meals.

To flavor the meal, I whipped up an easy peanut sauce. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any specific measurements– I just threw some different ingredients together until it tasted good!

In the peanut sauce:
- Peanut butter
- Soy sauce
- Balsamic vinegar
- Ground ginger
- Agave nectar

The hot peppers gave the meal a little kick to it!

I was really hungry tonight! I gobbled down my portion!

I’m relaxing with the boys tonight.
Good night!

I did a lentil salad using a sauce just like that (sans balsamic, although that sounds like a great addition!) and it was fanatastic…

Gotta love noodles that make dinner super easy. I don’t think there’s much better than a dinner you can throw together quickly, and yet still tastes amazing and like you’ve been slaving for hours in the kitchen.
