Nasoya Giveaway

October 5, 2009

Happy Monday! 8-) Are you ready for the work week? I am! ;-)

I thought it would be fun to start off Monday with a giveaway. So, here’s your chance to win some Nasoya products!

But, first: BREAKFAST!

Breakfast

I started my morning with a brisk walk (well, there was a lot of stop and go) around the neighborhood with Murphy. My alarm never went off for the gym ( ), so I figured 30 minutes of walking was better than nothing.

For breakfast, I made a delicious bowl of banana oats. The secret to sweet and creamy banana oats is a super ripe, almost rotten, banana. It makes a perfect bowl of oats!

With my oats, I added 2 packets of Barney Butter and an iced coffee with vanilla soy milk. My favorite breakfast ever! :-D

The firm tofu. I’ve been doing the Fresh Diet and they make a to-die-for Ponzu Tofu Salad that I want to replicate. My 3 year old daughter also likes it, so I’d like to learn more recipes.

oh cool! I am terribly intrigued by the silken creations but have no idea what I’d do with it :o especially since I don’t have a blender. Knowing me I’d probably end up getting regular tofu (which is of course great- and I’ve never tried the nasoya brand!) but who knows. Also, looking forward to your job related news, my goodness- you know how to hold us in suspense ;)

Love this giveaway – I never had Nasoya products until I moved to Boston, but now that I’m back in the Twin Cities, I’m happy to see that they’re here too! I typically just buy their tofu and use it for.. everything… ;) but I’d really like to experiment with making wontons and use their wonton wrappers!
