Before we get to the giveaway, first things first: I FRICKIN’ LOVE BODY PUMP!!!!! :mrgreen:

Ali and I met at Healthworks after work to take a Body Pump class together, and I must say, I had a fantastic time! Body Pump is the BEST workout!

Here’s why I love Body Pump so much:

To start, you can burn up to 600 calories in one class! Obviously, awesome. Body Pump has also changed my body! I’ve seen muscles that I never even knew I had! Our instructor (Tara B.) was super motivating and pushed us to work hard through the entire class. The music was totally rockin’– I especially loved the triceps track (“Thunderstruck” by ACDC)!Ā And, as corny as it sounds, I loved seeing women lift HEAVY weights– none of that 3 lb. dumbbell stuff! I left class feelingĀ strong andĀ confident. It was GREAT! šŸ˜€

Besides Body Pump, I also love Scramble, a new app that I found on my iPhone. I’m kind of obsessed. Just saying.

I was STARVING when I got home from Body Pump, so I threw some leftover roasted beets, sweet potatoes, and a piece of Provolone cheese into half of a pita.

Viola! A fast, simple, and delicious dinner.

The Provolone was a yummy compliment to the roasted veggies.

Dessert was a zillion Oatmeal Cherry Raisin Spice cookies. Once I start, I can’t seem to stop! šŸ˜³
