Broccoli is a good veggie and a good source of calcium. I eat all kinds of veggies. 2yrs ago my broccoli got as big as 2 grown men fists together and it sure tasted good and melted in my mouth.

Both of these recipes sound very good and delicious. I love broccoli and oatmeal. I made oatmeal bars before but not like this. This sound much better. I will try both recipes.

This looks delicious! I have such a hard time getting my husband to eat any cooked vegetables, but I believe he will like this. Can’t wait to try it.

I never tried broiling Broccoli. I don’t know if I would like it with sugar but it is worth a try.

I love that Veramonte Sauv Blanc. Almost as good as Kim Crawford and WAY cheaper.

Mmmm, I love roasted broccoli. I’ve never tried it with sugar, though! Probably caramelizes and gets all sweet. Good idea! Nice with the glazed salmon too.
