Today has been full of Sunday things: sleeping in, delicious meals, a laid-back workout, and a leisurely trip to the dog park. 😎

I started my morning with a hearty, yet healthy breakfast: blueberry oats with granola and a scoop of peanut butter.

And iced coffee!

Then I had a sweaty workout with my husband at our apartment building gym.

I did the following 50-minute workout there:

  • 5 minute warm-up on elliptical
  • 10 minutes elliptical
  • 1/2 mile run on treadmill
  • Repeat elliptical and treadmill X 2

I’m actually sort of surprised that I’ve never put photos of our gym on the blog before. It’s nothing fancy, but it works for me!

After my workout, I snacked on some True North Citrus Burst Nut Clusters.

I loved ’em! 😀

For lunch, I ate my leftover burrito from Friday night. I nixed the soggy tortilla and used crackers to scoop up the burrito “innards.”

It was an awesome lunch!

After lunch, we headed to the dog park. Murphy did so much better this week!

He was much less afraid of the big dogs and played his little heart out!

He found a sweet stick to play with too!

I was hungry again when we got back from the dog park, so I made myself a snack: half of a peanut butter and agave sandwich on whole wheat bread with raisins. It was delish!

We have meal planning and grocery shopping on the agenda next.

See ya later for “family dinner.”
