That’s funny that you mentioned you’ve been eating a lot of meat lately and wanted to load up on veggies. I’ve been getting that feeling quite often recently and just have not had much interest in meat. While I don’t think I could ever be a vegetarian, I think eating more veggies/beans helps me to feel ‘healthier’.
