For those of you with blogs, do you ever look at your traffic to see what keywords people search to find your blog? It’s actually pretty cool!

Just for fun, here are some recent searches that have led people to Carrots ‘N’ Cake:

  • hammerhead shark cake pictures
  • SUSHI CAKE
  • sweat like a girl
  • pretty+legs+cake
  • bar crawl, “team names”
  • can chickpeas make porridge
  • bicep cakes
  • laughing at penis (?!?)
  • nickname for my niece to call me
  • my body is constantly craving sweets, why?
  • pros and cons of food

Some of these seriously crack me up! 😆 Of course, these are the really random ones, but it’s still funny to see how people end up at my blog! Do you remember how you found Carrots ‘N’ Cake?

Lunch

I never really sat down to eat lunch; I just munched all afternoon long. I started with an orange around 11:30 this morning.

Check out that huge campus tour in the background!

IMG_6517A couple of hours later, I ate a container of Better Whey yogurt with granola. I will forever love this combo! 😀

My Fubar review: Nutritionally, the Fubars are pretty decent. The Chocolate Coconut bar, for instance, has 220 calories, 6 grams of fat (3.5 of which are saturated – likely coconut?), 6 grams of fiber, and 8 grams of protein. Fubars are made with all organic ingredients, which is great, but the taste is just so-so. Well, to tell you the truth, I wasn’t a fan. I liked the chunks of chocolate and coconut, but the bar was gooey and sort of bland– I guess nothing really stood out about the flavor. In comparison to really delicious bars, like Larabars and ProBars, the Chocolate Coconut Fubar was just average to me.

I got the munchies again around 4:00 pm, so I sipped on some tea with agave nectar, which sort of did the trick. I snacked on a few more mixed nuts (again, not pictured).

IMG_6543It’s Dave’s turn to cook “family dinner” tonight. I think we’re having quesadillas! I’m looking forward to it! 😎

P.S. THANK YOU for all of your kind and supportive comments on my morning post. I’m glad that I have you guys– you keep me truckin’ along! 😀
