Friday night has been absolutely wonderful so far. I really needed a night out! 😀

Mal, Marie, and Dave met me at Eastern Standard for Happy Hour.

We scored a sweet table outside on the patio overlooking Kenmore Square. It was a gorgeous night!

My stomach started to growl almost as soon as we arrived at Eastern Standard, so I munched on a roll with a smear of whipped butter.

My first drink was called a Batina Pessego, which was made with peaches, fresh lemon, mint, and vanilla. So delish!

While enjoying our drinks, we snacked on a couple of appetizers.

One drink so easily led to two, so I ordered a glass of Sauvignon Blanc when the table ordered a second round.

After Happy Hour, we headed next door to Qdoba for dinner.

We all ordered burritos for dinner. I had coupons! 😉

My stomach was so full from Happy Hour, so I only ended up eating half of my burrito. I’ll probably eat the rest for breakfast–  maybe mixed with some scrambled eggs?

Our plan is to hang out and drink wine for the rest of the night!
