If you’re following me on Twitter, you may have seen my recent ‘tweet’ about taking part in a video shoot. Sarah from Diet.com contacted me about appearing in a few of their diet/healthy living videos, so we met last week (my secret “business” meeting at Berryline) to bounce some ideas off one another and plan a potential shoot for this past week.
Last Thursday afternoon, we met at Olé in Inman Square to film a segment about how to enjoy Mexican food in a healthy way without going overboard calorie-wise. The video will be available on Diet.com by the end of the month, so until then, here’s a little preview from the shoot.
The Location:

The Prep:

The Food:

After filming, we got to try all of the dishes, which was a wonderful benefit of filming at a delicious Mexican restaurant!
