Just a minor question. I'm a beginner raw foodie and trying to ease my way into the lifestyle. In regards to the all- purpose flour, since we're not baking, I am assuming the flour can be eaten raw? I want to make a batch of these cookies ( because they look so delicious) for a vegetarian friend, but I don't want to give her an upset stomach in case flour can't be eaten raw. Much appreciated.
