Last Night’s Dinner

Good morning and happy Monday! I’m not going to lie, it was sooooo nice sleeping in this morning. Well, 7:30 is sleeping in for me, but it was still sweet! I’m lovin’ my leisurely Monday morning! 8-)

Last Night’s Dinner

I felt a tad blogged-out last night, so I skipped it and hung out with friends instead. Mal and I headed upstairs to Josh and Danielle’s place for some drinks, some laughs, and some brownie sundaes! The brownie sundaes were a wonderful surprise. Of course, I didn’t turn down one. ;-)

For dinner, Mal whipped-up a filet of almond-crusted scrod. He used a skillet to cook each side, but the fish ended up sticking to the pan and falling apart. It tasted wonderful though!

With dinner, we enjoyed some white wine. By the end of the evening, Mal and I drank the entire bottle.

With garden-fresh green beans and broccoli…

Breakfast

Breakfast was a toasted raisin bagel with a nice, thick layer Teddie peanut butter.

With a perfect peach…

Hi Tina, i noticed that you and several others eat bagels for some mornings and you take the whole bagel. I was just wondering what is the size of the bagels you take as the ones i find at my supermarts are rather huge and heavy. thanks

Ahhh, I love brownies + ice cream. In college we used to make it a weekly tradition – “sunday sundaes”. Good luck with the to-do list!

    Mmm brownie sundaes!!

My Monday mini-goal is to start cleaning out my cabinets and my closets. My BF and I are moving in a few weeks and combining households, so I’d like to cut down on the clutter BEFORE we move and try to squeeze everything in.

Don’t you just *love* teddys peanut butter? I’ve tried all different kinds but always go back to teddy…I think it’s the best. :D

I LOVE the 31 Days of Summer idea, I just had to let you know…todays’ tip is especially fun. I literally laughed out loud and promised myself to do it next time I see a sprinkler. :D

Enjoy your time off from work! :D
