Yes! Nice plyo circuit. I love it when you post these… they are so easy to print out and take to the gym with me, or put in my “workout” binder to pull out later. I know I could do it myself, but it’s like eating food someone else has made — it’s so much better when someone else does it!

I had never heard of Cornhole before, until a couple weeks ago when my husband played a tournament at a work function (and won!). Looks like a fun day with good friends and a really cute puppy!
