Glad your busy day is over. Great picture! I’ve definitely felt like nothing but smoothies or cold cereal on hot and humid days. But we’ve had a break in our temps, with highs in the 70′s and lows in the 50′s so I’m confused, haha.

I must say that down here in VA we get our fair share of hot/humid weather (uhhh hello frizzy hair days ha!) and I totally agree with you about craving only cold/light food items…. so true. Seems as though the body just craves that when it’s compensating for the heat outside! No-bake cookies look dee-lish btw

I definitely lose my appetite in the heat; I barely eat all day but my hunger always returns when the sun goes down!

My Monday kind of flew by but it still wasn’t fun… I’ve been on edge all day since tomorrow is my “interview” at my job. Bleh, I’m sure I’ll be a wreck tomorrow!
