Offer Accepted!

House hunting was a success! Two thumbs up! :mrgreen:

What a whirlwind day it has been! We found our dream house, made an offer, and it was accepted by the sellers this evening! I still can’t believe we are soon-to-be homeowners! Holy moly!

More details tomorrow!

    That is amazing! I bet it’s so exciting for you two! This is totally un-food related but my dad is a home inspector and I know how important that is when you’re buying a house so I hope your realtor is encouraging you to get one! Random little tip just in case they haven’t! Good luck! :)

    Would you mind sharing the real estate company you worked with? We are looking to sell our current place and (hopefully) buy a condo in the South End. Recommendations are always helpful, especially because we didn’t use a realtor last time around.
