Breakfast: KERF-Style
Good morning!
I thought you guys would enjoy to see the blogging scene from last night. Mal snapped this pic of Kath and me hard at work.

Breakfast: KERF-Style
I slept like a rock last night. The bed in Kath’s guest room was so comfy!
Shortly after waking up, it was time for oatmeal! And, not just any oatmeal, KERF Whipped Banana Oatmeal!
Kath made us a big batch for breakfast.

The star ingredient…

While Kath was cooking her special oatmeal, Mal and I picked our bowls for breakfast. I recognized most of her bowls from KERF!

Our selections…

As we all know, the toppings totally make the oatmeal. We had a lot of nut butter options to chose from!

As well as a variety of other toppings! It was a oatmeal topping buffet!

My bowl was delicious with all of the fun toppings that I chose. See Kath’s post for the specifics.

Kath’s bowl…

Mal’s bowl…

Three time’s a charm!

And, Spring Blend coffee… holy yum!

After a little digesting, we’re off to the Y for a quickie workout before heading down to Charleston to visit Erica and explore the city. See ya!

Tina, I wanted you to know that your “blogging” has inspired me to cook and live healthier over the past year (that I’ve been reading your blog). All though I will admit it has been quite a challenge, my goal is to lose up to 50 lbs by April 2010….I’m down 22 lbs so far! Thanks again for what you do, it’s much appreciated! I love your recipes too!
Hugs,

Haha, looks like a pretty good breakfast buffet down there. I’ve always wanted to make a meal for people, but I find that my best recipes are for oatmeal concoctions, and only fellow bloggers seem to appreciate oatmeal the same way.
