Happy 4th!
Happy 4th of July!
As usual, I’m spending my Saturday running around like a crazy person, so here’s a quick recap of my eats for the day so far. I’m trying to keep things light because I plan to splurge on BBQ food and beer later on!
Breakfast was a bowl of Oikos Greek yogurt mixed with Honey-Nut Shredded Wheat and a diced peach.

The peach was actually called a “saucer” peach because of its flat shape. (I think it just looks squished.) The saucer peach tasted exactly like a regular peach.

After breakfast, Mal and I ran some errands around town. During our travels, I grabbed a grande iced coffee with soy milk and shared an Old Fashioned donut with him.

Lunch was a homemade salad with grape tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, and walnut slices. It wasn’t a big lunch, but it will definitely hold me over until the grilling starts!

We have 2 BBQ’s on the agenda and some fireworks on the agenda for today. Yay! I hope you’re enjoying your 4th of July, too!

I saw those peaches at the store the other day and was wondering if there was any difference in taste. Good to know there isn’t! Happy 4th of July!
