A Great Loaf of Bread

Tonight’s dinner started with a Great Harvest loaf of bread from Kath and Matt:

It was a great loaf of bread! :-D

With the bread, Mal and I made sandwiches with all sorts of fun ingredients. My sandwich had cucumber and mango on one side.

And avocado, Swiss cheese, and sprouts on the other.

The combination of ingredients kept my tastebuds guessing!

On the side, I had some Parmesan Garlic Popchips. Mal and I split a small bag.

And, of course, dessert was a fabulous piece of wedding cake.

I have a zillion blog-related things to catch up on, so I’ll be chained to my computer for the rest of the night. :-?  But, I have a fun Feel Great Weight piece to share with you guys tomorrow morning! :-D

Good night, bloggies!

cucumber and mango sounds like a really cool combination–definitely something I never would have thought of. I’ll have to pick up a cucumber and give it a go.

ooo I LOVE good bread! My favorite thing to do when I was still back at home was going to the bakery with my mom. They have some really good ones in Tokyo – the bread is always super chewy/soft/doughy and just delicious!
