Turkey on whole wheat with hummos!
I always pack in Tupperware mixed veggies, chopped sweet potato, turkey and hummus. I just nuke it in the microwave and it’s ready to go!
my favorite bagged lunch is
:salad with spinach, romaine, red onion, FETA, cucumbers, another protein source (either tuna, chickpeas, or chicken), diced prunes, and anything else interesting have lying around; “dressing” of hummus mixed with salsa…
:carrots
:Yogurt+a fruit to dip in-lately it’s been cherries
:and water!
if its not a big salad with all the toppings its a turkey sandwich with mustard and some kind of fruit or veggie
My favorite bagged lunch is: home made sushi! Yummy.
im gonna have to go with the classic – a sandwich, some fruit, and something crunchy (pretzels, carrot sticks/other veggies). always fills me up and tastes great!
My favorite is a hummus and olive pita with some red peppers and paprika added. Usually with a small salad and some fruit on the side. Yummy
I would have to say that my favorite healthy lunch is tuna, a bunch of sliced veggies (cuke, baby carrots, grape tomatoes) on the side, a few wheat crackers and a piece of fruit to top it all off!
My favorite bagged lunch is a large salad topped with lots of veggies, avocado, and quinoa with a side of some sort of fruit.
Homemade split pea soup with good wheat bread or an english muffin to dip in it…yum! It doesn’t even need to be reheated (in my opinion!)
Salad with cucumber, carrot and green onions mixed all up with hummus and chalula, rice cakes with avocado (best combo EVER) and an honeycrisp apple for dessert!
I love having a big salad with whatever vegetables I have on hand…..and of course, feta cheese and pepperochini’s (spelling?).

I make a big vegetable salad w/ beans and feta, using EVOO and either balsamic vinegar or lemon juice as a dressing. Love it!

I like wraps for quick and easy lunches. I usually do a base of hummus (TJ’s Chipolte Red Pepper is my favorite) and throw in any veggies, sprouts and lettuce I have. It transports well and can be eaten with one hand if the work day proves dreadful.
I make a turkey wrap with hummus, spinach, tomatoes, bell peppers, and cucumbers. Right now I’m loving to end with a juicy peach!
I love to make homemade tortillas and load them with yummy veggies from my garden, all topped with feta!
my favorite bagged lunch is making some sort of whole grain salad, usually with a kind of bean, lots of veggies and a vinaigrette.
I love an egg sandwich on a whole wheat english muffin with tomato and avacado and salsa for dipping!! Add to that some grapes or an apple and a square of dark chocolate and I am smiling until the workdays end!
I love wraps. A little protein, some hummus, and then tons of veggies! It is a perfect well rounded lunch!

My favorite healthy bagged lunch is a wrap with hummus, broccoli slaw, and baked tofu with some fruit on the side. I always drink water with my lunch.
Always includes a piece of fruit, vegetables like carrot sticks and cucumber, and a vegetarian sandwich with tofu, avocado, tomato, lettuce, and mustard. And lots of water!

The best is carrot and celery sticks with hummus, some apple slices with a little peanut butter, a white cheddar rice cake or two, and of course a cold bottle of water!

I almost always pack a giant salad and top it with whatever protein I have around….I sometimes prepare it the night before.

My favorite healthy bagged lunch has to be a turkey sandwich on an Arnold thin with lettuce, tomato, and cucumber, and a fresh peach on the side. If I am craving something with a crunch I will also pack some carrot sticks.
I take Arnold Health Nut bread and spread 1 Laughing Cow cheese on one slice and dijon mustard on the other. I then put some cucumbers on top of the cheese spread and pile on some sliced turkey. Paired with an apple, it makes a delicious lunch on the go!
Favorite healthy bagged lunch = a BBQ tofu sandwich with all the fixin’s, paired with a bit of cottage cheese and some kettle cooked chips… it’s like a picnic in the office!

Leftovers! I got so sick of sandwiches for lunch everyday, so I make a big healthy dish at the beginning of each week and have it for lunch throughout the week!

I love a mediteranean salad with hummus, tomatoes, cucumbers, and of course feta! Trisquits are a good munchie and for dessert: a banana with peanut butter.

Phew! My favorite bagged lunch is a BIG salad! I love throwing all kinds of random items on it but lately it’s been lots of romaine topped with hummus, veggie chips from WF, wasabi peas from TJ’s, nuts, tabouleh and whatever else I can find. So many delightful flavors to savor!
Ooo, that’s an easy one. Right now I’m on a lentil salad with pita bread kick. There’s only one thing that could make my lentil salad better though…feta
