I always title my blog post once I’ve finished writing it. By the end, I am usually able to come up with a decent title. Today, however, I could not think of anything! There was no main topic or common theme– except that the post was a random mix of info. I suppose “Randomness” says it all! 😉

Lunch

I dug into my lunch around 11:00 when my stomach started to grumble. I snacked on some Guiltless Gourmet Chili Lime chips. Those babies are spicy! 😯

The rest of lunch included a homemade salad, a pear, and a Think Thin bar.

After my review of the Creamy Peanut Butter Think Thin bar, you would think I learned my lesson. I didn’t enjoy that particular bar flavor, but I thought perhaps I would like the Brownie Crunch flavor. Unfortunately, I was wrong (again). The Brownie Crunch bar was dry, artificial-tasting, and just sort of weird. The chocolate coating on the outside was okay, but the middle part tasted totally fake, even plastic-y?

The Think Thin packaging (and Whole Foods coupon) gets me every time! The packaging is attractive, so I expect a delicious bar inside. 😕 Oh well. All I know is that I will not buy another one of these bars. Ick!

Wheel Questions

Yesterday, while wandering around Harvard Square, I stumbled upon this interesting contraption:

I soon discovered that this “thing” was called “Wheel Questions,” and it is an art installation that is touring outdoor public spaces. The Boston Globe explains the project well:

“Write a question on a card, and I’ll turn it over and write an answer on the back from a secular philosophy about thinking clearly and being proactive. The cards are posted online and on a big outdoor wheel for everyone to be inspired by.”

Basically, you take a blank card, write a question on it, drop it in the slot, wait a few days, and get your answer from the Wheel or the website, where you can also see other people’s questions and answers.

I thought of a number of “deep” questions to ask the Wheel, but I decided that I wanted to ask the most “pressing” question in my life right now:

Let’s hope this Wheel has a good answer for me!
