When the warm weather rolls around, I cannot get enough iced coffee in my life! Man, it’s GOOD! I even dream about the stuff! It’s such a weird-o addiction!
Besides a delicious glass of iced coffee with vanilla soy milk and agave nectar, I also had a lovely bowl of oats for breakfast.
In the mix:
- 1/2 cup dry oats
- 3/4 cup vanilla hemp milk
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed meals
- 1 banana
- Barney Butter

I love iced coffee too, but I only drink it on the weekends.
I cannot get enough of PB and bananas!
PB, I eat it EVERYDAY!!!
I cannot get enough tomatoes! If I don’t have a dish with tomatoes in it atleast a few times a week I go nuts!
I am definately addicted to Diet Coke (even though it’s not a food….) and watermelon! My husband won’t eat it, but I have been going through a whole (large size!) watermelon a week! I love when fruit is in season here in Michigan!!!
Hey Tina! I love love iced coffee too! I think the homemade variety is best
I’m also a fruit addict (especially apples) and veggies (I miss the crunch if I don’t have them!!) Other than that I can get out of control with granola and dried fruit…so I try to keep them out of the house when I can or really monitor myself. Enjoy your day “off”.
I loooove iced coffee! When I lived in New Hampshire, I passed 3 Dunkin Donuts on my way to work every day – and I lived in the boonies! It was impossible not to stop at one of the 3 on my way to work in the summer.
I’m addicted to oats and bananas! Well, I guess I’m addicted to fruit in general, but bananas are defintely my fave.
OMG your iced coffee looks delightful!!!!! mmmmmm!

Coffee is definitely a requirement in my life. You were my inspiration for an iced coffee with cinnamon yesterday afternoon. I liked it a lot!
i’ve never made iced coffee at home but yours seriously always makes me crave it! My addiction bread, sadly!
Well, one food that I just couldn’t stop eating is cheese! I’m from Wisconsin, what can I say?
I’m addicted to coffee and eggs. Absolutely!
I am definitely addicted to Diet Pepsi. I currently drink an average of four cans a day!!! I don’t think that Diet Pepsi in moderation will hurt me, but I do think this a little excessive. But I feel like I’m working so hard in so many areas (like losing weight, avoiding eating too much chocolate, food journaling, exercising, etc) that I can’t tackle this one at the same time.
I love iced coffee. In the summer my boyfriend and I switch completely over to iced. We use the toddy system which is pretty good, but it makes a lot of coffee at one time! I drink almost the exact concoction as you, sans agave.
I am addicted to cereal and peanut butter…but then again what girl isn’t? haha. I usually consume a whole jar of peanut butter a week. I try reallllllllly hard to not just eat it out of the jar, but hey, I cannot help it if while I am spreading some PB on my toast, a spoonful just happens to appear in my mouth.
I love having smoothies in the summer! So cool and refreshing!
I love, love, love tomatoes! I can’t wait for the ones in my garden to be ready to eat!
Coffee. Hands down. And yesterday my doctor told me to cut back because I have a mild ulcer. Noooooooooooooooo!
Iced coffee is my addiction too. During the winter months, I can go without coffee except for the occasional hot cup.
But in the summer? I love my iced coffees too much!
I’m addicted to iced coffee too, but besides that I am addicted to fruit as well! I go through like three pints of berries a day haha.
I would definitely say that I’m addicted to nut butters, banana, and greek yogurt. If I go only one or two days without any of these, I feel deprived!
Hope you have a great Tuesday!
Peanut butter, really good bread (Panera, Whole Foods), oatmeal, and iced coffee also!
omg does that mean that the blog/healthy living summit is going to be here in boston???
I’m addicted to cottage cheese and Greek yogurt! If I have a day without either of them I think I would go through withdrawal symptoms
Hummus!
Salsa and chips! Good salsa though, not most jar types. I eat it every day.
peanut butter…peanut butter…peanut butter…peanut butter…!!! failing that i’m pretty partial to porridge and lemon curd!
I have an embarrassing question… how do you make iced coffee? I’ve never had it in my life!
oh boy the list is endless – peanut butter/almond butter, sweet potato fries, hummus, greek yogurt, etc. ect.!
Kashi TLC granola bars and greek yogurt
Yogurt! I can’t go a day without it. I especially like vanilla flavored organic yogurt and honey flavored greek yogurt!
oatmeal!!! and good coffee
and avocado lately!
I am addicted to watermelon, apples, and cereal! Have a good day!
@Goldie: Click on the link in my post that says ‘iced coffee’

My addictions = bbq sauce………………sweet potato fries……..salad dressing…spreads..haha on everything..eep
I’m totally addicted to peanut butter and bananas in the morning. Breakfast is basically just a variety of vehicles for those two flavors!
I’m addicted to nut butter (mostly almond and cashew), almond milk, and coconut ice cream!!
I definitely gotta get some of that agave nectar!
My newest addiction is Shakeology. It’s like a SUPER-SUPER Protein shake. I’m also definitely addicted to laughing cow light and la tortilla wraps. I eat them almost every day.
can’t get enough PB and banana
I’m addicted to gum, chocolate, and ice cream! Hmm maybe Barney Butter too now that I tried it!
Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on english muffins!! I have to limit my english muffin purchasing because I will eat them for every meal when I have them.
I am totally addicted to anything eggs. I could eat them anywhere, anytime, any meal..you get the drift! At least it’s not an unhealthy addiction
I have a SERIOUS addiction to air popped popcorn. haha I seriously can’t get enough of it ever
I am totally addicted to coffee and espresso.
And berries. I cannot get enough strawberries or blueberries. In fact, my husband just last night called me a fruit addict LOL!
I love iced coffee! YUM!
I have a Libre Tea Giveaway going on if you are interested – check it out – http://lovejackson.blogspot.com/2009/06/libre-tea-giveaway.html
baked goods, people say just don’t buy them but I can whip up a cake in 20 minutes. i can’t eat just one cookie, cupcake or whatever…i am not satisfied until it’s all gone
I am addicted to fruits, veggies, really good cheddar cheese and occasionally popcorn.
so is the summit going to be in boston then?
I go through spurts depending on the time of year, what’s in season, etc. Right now though, I am addicted to tea, haha.
I’m addicted to almond butter, olives, salsa, and (I never thought I’d say this) spinach!
Have a great day!
I’d say I’m addicted to cheese. I can choose healthier cheeses, but they’ve gotta be there!
First of all, good riddance (on that weird contraption thing you’ve had to wear. …How did you sleep with that one?)
Also, I will admit chips/crackers/popcorn/snacky salty things like this are my downfall.
