I hurt my hip about a month before race day, but ran away. Let me tell you, it was not a good idea. I made my hip so much worse. I finished the Run to Remember in 2:06:04, which is a decent time, especially for someone with a bum hip, but I know I can break 2 hours. It&#8217;s my goal for the Chilly Half. [...]</description>
