It's pretty awesome having nutrition as my life. I always tell people when they ask me what kind of supplements to take. Start with the basics and get some whey protein as a body building supplement then if you want, try an EFA stack for weight loss. As always throw in a multivitamin.

It's hard for me to choose, as I have likely made thousands of combinations, but I really like this one:
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup unsweetened soymilk
1/2 cup water
4 T. Vanilla Spice Hemp Protein (Living Harvest)
1 packet stevia
4-5 ice cubes

I love a breakfast smoothie with:
1/2 banana
1/2- 2/3 C almond milk
handful of frozen cranberries
several big handfuls of spinach
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
1 tsp spirulina

I call it a "Shrek Smoothie" because I like to name my green monsters. :P

For a snack, I do the same thing but substitute a sweeter frozen berry and omit the chocolate protein powder. (The cranberry/ chocolate combo is to die for though.)

I think I add different ingredients to my smoothies nearly every time I make them but lately I've been doing the green smoothie thing a lot. My standard smoothies ALWAYS involve frozen banana though. One of my favourite recent smoothies actually had apple and clementine which I was surprisingly delighted by!
