Last Sunday night, the lovely Sabrina organized a blogger dinner at P.F. Chang’s in the Prudential building of downtown Boston. It had been years since I had eaten at P.F. Changs and months since I had seen some of the Boston-area bloggers (at Small Plates in February), so I was really looking forward to the evening.

I wasn’t super hungry for dinner (mostly because I enjoyed one too many desserts at Ashley’s shower!), so I ordered from P.F. Chang’s appetizer menu. My pick: Chang’s Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps, which were made with tofu instead of chicken.
The tofu mixture tasted pretty good, but it was really greasy.
I was a little bummed that P.F. Changs chose iceberg for the lettuce wraps because they don’t really “wrap” well. I struggled to keep the tofu inside, and I pretty much made a mess! Boston lettuce is the way to go when it comes to lettuce wraps!

For an action shot of me preparing my lettuce wraps, check out Ileana’s blog post!
Of course, after finishing my meal, I was psyched for a sweet treat. I forgot how much I like fortune cookies! (Let’s hope my fortune comes true!)
The bloggers: Ileana, me, Sabrina, Elina, Sammy, D, and Shannon
As always, it was wonderful to catch up with some old blog friends and meet new ones. I can’t wait to get together again soon!

The Prudential is so close to my school! Too bad I’m on the complete opposite coast right now
What a fun meet up!
Sorry your tofu was greasy.
what a fun night! We don’t have a PF changs here, but I’ve heard they have pretty good food.
Who uses iceberg for wraps?
You should email them and let them know!
How funnnnn!!! I like PF Changs. Here we have Pei Wei which is like a “fast food” version of Changs. Kind of like Moe’s. It is absolutely delicious though, unlike Moe’s =)
Awww, that’s too bad about the greasy tofu and iceberg. But it looks like you had a blast anyhow.
Yum for food and company!
FUN outing!!!
I feel that your fortune cookie will totally come true with you juggling your blog and work and everything. Pretty cool!
Tina, saw this picture and thought of you! http://cuteoverload.files.wordpress.com/2009/05/puggular.jpg?w=560&h=560
I love PF Chang’s gluten free menu! The Buddha’s Feast with steamed shrimp instead of tofu (the tofu is not gluten free) is my absolute fav! A-MAZING!
I think your fortune cookie is true already considering how many things you juggle every day and make work! The food looks good and the Pru is a nice building–I just need to get off my butt and actually make it out there once in a while. Hopefully this summer while i”m taking classes at Umass Boston and using the red line/green line ALL THE TIME, i’ll make it around town.
I think your fortune cookie is spot on for sure! Too bad the food was greasy!

Hey, I know those ladies!!
How fun! You do so many out and about fun things, it sort of makes me want to live in a city. Sort of. But then there wouldn’t be much cow-tipping.
My bridal show is this weekend and your last post just got me super excited for it!
Fun recap
There are so many fun Boston bloggers!
This is a totally random question, but how do I find blogs like yours based here in L.A.?? I absolutely love your blog (I’ve gotten hooked the last couple of weeks), and I don’t even know how I came across it! I am looking for something similar out my way in Los Angeles…any suggestions?? Thanks!! I will still keep reading yours, of course!
That looks like a great meet up!! I’ve never been to PF Changs but it always looks so good!
That’s exciting you get to hang out with fellow bloggers from time to time! I would be up for that if any lived in my area!
Good times!
Looks like a fun meet up! I can see how that lettuce would make it tricky to make wraps with though.
I love the lettuce wraps at PF Changs but I gave up trying to roll them a long time ago and just eat them with a fork now. I would have been so excited if I happened to be there that day and recognized you and the other bloggers. Looks like it was a blast.
Yummy pics! I’ve actually eaten at that PF Changs when I was in Boston years ago.
I’m so bummed I missed this dinner – but my post bachelorette party body just didn’t want to leave the couch
Next time!
I love PF Changs! And I agree with you; they should give a better quality lettuce for the wraps!
PF Chang’s is yummy, but the calories are incredible! Kudos to your healthy selections. I’ll have to take a look at those options next time I’m there.
How awesome to meet up with all the bloggers! PF Changs is the best!
I’ve never been to PF Chang’s. I don’t have one near me, but I will in the fall after I move!
Wow there are so many bloggers in your area! I am so jealous!
awwww how fun!
hey! i know what you mean about the grease factor at PF Chang’s…i would suggest trying the lettuce wraps at The Cheesecake Factory. They are full of fresh veggies and grilled chicken and are really delicious! I dont know if you dont eat meat or just prefer tofu, but they might have a meatless option too, I’m not sure?
