Friday nights are my favorite time of the whole week. I worked hard and ran around like a crazy person for 5 days straight, but now I have 2 full days all to myself. I love the freedom of Friday evenings!

I never would have never guessed that a grilled asparagus sandwich would be so incredibly delicious. Holy yum! I’m now obsessed with this sandwich… in particular, this sandwich! My grilled asparagus sandwich included smokey eggplant spread, Parmesan, field greens, and balsamic vinaigrette on a baguette. The combo of flavors is out of the world!!! I’m in love!
