Of course, I couldn’t stay away for long!
I love looking back and reminiscing (via my blog) about what was happening in my life at this time one year ago (ex: getting our wedding bands and meeting Augusten Burroughs). It’s also a good reminder of some delicious recipes that I have forgotten about since last spring (ex: oatmeal raisin protein muffins and coconut-ginger carrots). I love seeing how much my blogging style has changed too! Enjoy the mini trip down memory lane!

So much happens in a year! That’s so great you got to meet Augusten Burroughs! Running with Scissors is one of my favroite books.
I love reminiscing, too! Having your own blog is such a good way to take a look back. Now get back to your break, missy!
how fun! I totally forgot about all your chocolate dipped apricots. I’ve been meaning to make some!
I didn’t know that you met Augusten Burroughs! I love him! Did you read his brother’s book, “Look Me in the Eye”? Also amazing.
Those oatmeal raisin muffins look awesome! I love your wedding bands – very similar to mine & my fiances, I can’t wait to wear them.
Those oatmeal raisin protein muffins look so yummy! I LOVE oatmeal raisin things, and these sound perfect for a preworkout bite!

Love the trip down memory lane!
You met Augusten Burroughs? I am very jealous of you right now. Of all his work, I actually like Running with Scissors the least. Dry was my favorite, er…maybe Magical Thinking.
Hope your hiatus helps get you back on track. I think one less thing to worry about right now sounds like a good plan!
Totally love the trip down memory lane. The wedding bands are lovely!
yes, we often forget about food/things that we used to love. It’s great to remind them from time to time!
That is so awesome that you met Augusten Burroughs.
Glad to see the haitus didn’t last long!
I’m making the carrots tonight, can’t wait to taste them!
How are you liking Healthworks? Does the location you go to have the BodyPump class? They just started it at the Chestnut Hill HW, it’s awesome!
