A number of nutritional all-stars made an appearance in this morning’s oats, including vanilla hemp milk (Omega-3′s & 6′s, essential amino acids, protein, calcium, lots of vitamins and minerals), ground flaxseed meal (Omega-3′s & 6′s, fiber, iron), wheat bran, pecans, and peanut butter (protein, “good” fats, iron, age-fighting Vitamin E, and deliciousness).
