		<description>Playing catch up on my yoga posts!!  So Saturday, March 7th, my fiance and I went for a nice run and then I actually convinced him to do yoga with me afterwards as a means to stretch (he&#039;s SO NOT flexible)...we did 30min of Yoga for Runners!  It was great!!  I think it was definitnely too advanced for him but he tried hard :)  It was definintely a lot of work after a run.</description>

		<description>Day 7 - I woke up early Saturday morning and did 20 minutes of Gentle Hatha Yoga from yoga download. It was a great way to start my day. I was sore from the core vinyasa yoga on Friday so the initial stretches were pretty tight. I would have liked to have gone longer but I had to get going with my day. 
Day 8- I really spent most of the day being lazy.  It wasn&#039;t a good day and when I thought I wouldn&#039;t get any yoga in I pulled myself off the couch and did 20 minutes of the Gentle Hatha again and felt so great I did about 10 minutes of the Detox Yoga.  It was great to pull on my PJ&#039;s and get a 30 minute yoga session in regardless of how lazy I was feeling.</description>

		<description>On Saturday I began the challenge, a little late.  But I began with the power yoga 20 min flow- and was challenged in the first 5 minutes with an advanced upper body strength pose.  I enjoyed it.  Sunday I luxuriated in the 20 min morning flow- I will definitely purchase the longer one- such a good feeling from it.   This morning I enjoyed the Heart Opening Flow 20 min. I was unable to practice on Saturday as I did 3 Weight Watchers meetings, 2 performances and then struck the set and moved everything out of the theatre. It was a long day! Last night I got back into the groove with the 20 minute lunar flow. It&#039;s really become a favourite of mine and part of my bedtime routine. 

There&#039;s a yoga and pilates show happening in Toronto at the beginning of April and this challenge has inspired me to check it out!! I&#039;m trying to see what classes will interest me and fit into my schedule.</description>
