		<description>This is fun to watch. A few years ago I decided to practice Ashtanga yoga every day I could get to a class. It helped a lot and my body changed significantly except that my shoulders became sore from so many salutations.</description>

I&#039;ll enjoy it a lot more if it&#039;s not a lingering &quot;to-do!&quot;</description>
