Where did the time go? The evening has completely escaped me! I’ve been playing around on Facebook and looking at photos and reminiscing about our wedding for the past couple of hours. Now it’s 9 o’clock and I haven’t done anything. Gah! I hate that when it happens! Buuuut… our wedding was SO FUN!
Ok, onto the eats…
Breakfast (continued)
On my commute into work, I bumped into my friend, Becca, on the T, so we decided to grab some coffee at Starbucks while we caught-up. I ordered my usual: grande soy milk misto. As usual, it perked me up and hit the spot!

Lunch
This afternoon, I was again treated to lunch at one of the dining halls by the wonderful women of Crimson Catering. Surprisingly, I LOVE eating in the dining halls at Harvard– their food selection is always so impressive and tasty! Today’s lunch was a big salad from the salad bar topped with grilled salmon.
And beets!
And, as always, a little something sweet after my meal: two double chocolate peanut butter chip cookies.
All together with sparkling water…
When “snack time” rolled around this afternoon, I was hungry, but not starving. I almost skipped eating a snack all together, but I hate feeling ravenous when I walk in the door of my apartment after work, so I chose a small snack from my office snack stash.
I chose an orange, instant hot cocoa, and half of a packet of oatmeal (not pictured) to hold me over until dinner.
Dinner
I didn’t snap any photos of dinner tonight because I ate the EXACT same meal that I ate last night: meatloaf + salad + half of an English muffin with peanut butter and chocolate chips. It was a really good meal– I just had to eat it again!
The only difference, however, was that the meatloaf was a ZILLION times tastier tonight than last night. Seriously, it was almost like a different meatloaf all together. The Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce really soaked into the meat over night and gave it a TON of flavor. It was awesome!
I’m pooped, guys! Good night, sleep tight!

Sounds like time well wasted! Delicious eats!
What a wonderful lunch! I see you have some hot cinnamon tea in your stash. That is one of my faves!
I think meatloaf is one of those meals that tastes better the next day
ahhh!! this is too weird! I’m a student at harvard, so before I read your post, I was like- wait a minute!.. I recognize that food?!!? haha.. needless to say, I had a similar meal in quincy dining hall for lunch today. I’m glad you like the food! It’s not often we have salmon… so it’s a big deal when we do
I just requested a coupon for free Country Bob’s so I’m pretty excited to try it!
GORGEOUS BEETS AND COOKIE!!
You got me hooked on Cafe Misto Tina, Thanks! They are delish. I used to get mine with sugar free vanilla syrup, but I have up artificial sweeteners, so I have regular vanilla syrup now and I love them!
Reminiscing about fun times is NOT a waste of time! I was just looking at your pictures
I hate it when I waste away the time I have! gahh!! And I got married 2 weeks after you!
Hey Tina (and everyone),
I’ve heard numerous people rave about that Tazo Passion tea but I’ve never had it. What’s your opinion on it?
Reminiscing about your wedding is not time wasted missy!
I bet that was so uplifting!
Wow, that salmon looks supa! And I love beets too! Yum.
(((reminiscing about a wedding)))

Nice stash! Ahhh beets, for some reason I just can’t eat those!
@Leanne: Eh, I’m not a huge fan of it, but when the mood strikes, it’s pretty good.
I love how you have sweets like cookies after lunch and all — everyone should have some deliciousness in their day!
