		<description>Today, yet again, I did Gentle Hatha! Once I find something I like, I stick with it :) It&#039;s just so relaxing to me, and I feel so great when I&#039;m done!

I&#039;m not really having much trouble with poses, it&#039;s more with my breathing and keeping my mind clear.....I feel like I am programmed to be multi-tasking at all time, so it&#039;s really really hard to turn that off and relax!</description>

		<description>I did 20 minutes of &quot;Stress Relief Yoga for Beginners&quot; tonight, which was just what I needed. I&#039;ve noticed that since this challenge started, I&#039;m more able to focus on my breathing, especially during less challenging practices. I really had the &quot;ocean-wooshing&quot; thing going on tonight!

I really struggle with tree -- balance is coming, but I lose my focused breath because I&#039;m so worried about falling over!  Plus, my tucked leg has a tendency to slip out unannounced.  ;)</description>

Tonight I might do a longer class because I have the time!

My least favourite pose is wheel. I need to build up my confidence with it because it&#039;s definitely something I used to do as a kid!!!</description>
