Good morning, blog friends!!! 
This morning’s post is spa themed for a few reasons!
- I took today off from work for some much-needed rest and relaxation. I slept in until 8:30 this morning, and the rest of my day includes many things that I love to do.
- I had the most amazing 90-minute American facial with an enzyme and ampule last night. My skin is glowing today!
- Quaker wants to send a CNC reader an All Natural Gift Bag, which includes Quaker Simple Harvest Chewy Granola Bars and a couple of spa-inspired items: robe and slippers!
The robe and slippers are both made by Under the Canopy, a company that “maintains 100% organic integrity in the way their business is run and products are designed, sourced and manufactured. @Rose: Regularly priced facials are a rip-off, in my opinion. Most cost $100+ in the Boston area. However, a facial in a student clinic is TOTALLY worth it! You’re only charged for the products used and the students are very professional.

@macduff: It’s a small amount of a concentrated solution that you put onto your skin– usually heat is used so that it can penetrate deeply. Common ampules are collagen, aloe, purifying, etc. There’s lots of them!
