FYI–I don’t want to sound like a know it all or anything but “blini” is actually the plural form in Russian! One is a “blin.” But in English we usually say “blini” and “blinis.” I’m a Slavic major so this is interesting to me. Blinis or blini, this looks like a fabulous breakfast I’m going to try soon!
