		<description>Holy Pushups! haha I am am laughing because I did like 3 real pushups a few weeks ago and it was the highlight of my week. 

Anyway, I never thought I would become any sort of runner and now I&#039;m training for a half marathon!</description>

		<description>On Monday, I went to a Yoga Works 1/2 class.  This was my favorite class that I have taken.  The instructor was a great mix of friendliness and knowledge, and his instruction did make me work.  My favorite part of the class was the handstand prep; I feel so amazing when doing downward dog with my feet on the wall.</description>

I know how you feel.  I struggle with the same thing!  Katie mentioned &quot;No Pudge&quot; brownies... those are great, actually, because you don&#039;t have to make the whole box... I used to only combine a little mix with yogurt and microwave it- they were warm and gooey and delicious.  BUT, sometimes I would just go back for more anyways, so it&#039;s not a foolproof solution.  I have started to realize that the types of food I eat all day are causing my sugar cravings... so now I try to pay attention to the glycemic index and eat complex carbs and protein and in general and eat very little sugar, and it actually makes me want it less.</description>

I never thought I could go from a size 26/28 to a size 6/8 just by sheer determination combined with exercise, healthy eating and a positive mindset. I&#039;m still shocked whenever I look in the mirror... but the shock is a good one!</description>
