• National Carrot Cake Day

    February 3, 2009

In a weird twist of fate, it turns out that February 3, in addition to being Carrots ‘N’ Cake’s blog birthday, is also National Carrot Cake Day!!! How strange is that?!? Who would have guessed there was even a National Carrot Cake Day– let alone be the exact same day that I started my blog called Carrots ‘N’ Cake! What a cool coincidence!!!

    American Food and Drink Holidays

In honor of this VERY special day, here’s a Carrot Cake recipe for you to enjoy!

I am a long time reader and especially look forward to your out of town adventures and all of the Murphy updates! Still remember when you got him right before a big move and you and Murphy had to stay somewhere else due to your apt not allowing dogs! Seems like not so long ago! Now look at him, therapy dog!!! Still happy and amazed you make a living having all the fun you do!
