Some of you may know this already, but Mal and I were “high school sweethearts.” We dated in high school, back in 1998. I was a senior and he was a freshman– it was actually quite scandalous, especially in our small school! We broke up when I went off to college that fall, but we kept in touch over the years.
In 2003, Mal contacted me to go out, and we’ve been together ever since. I guess it was just meant to be! 
I hope you enjoy these oldies, but goodies from our early years as a couple! (Yay, for scanners!!!)

How cute, my boyfriend and I have a similar story, we met Freshmen year of high school and became good friends, junior year we started dating, broke up like 6 months later and got back together 2 years later, we’ve been together 4 years. I always say we were meant to be.

@Lee (seelivelee): This is going to sounds a little strange, but just enjoy your time at college with him in mind. For instance, don’t get down and depressed when you miss him– go out with your friends and have fun. Of course, try to visit one another when you have time, but live your life to the fullest– it’s what college is all about! If it was meant to be, it will be!
