I just made this and they were delicious! I plan on making more tonight as I have bananas that need to be used up. I used almond milk and forgot the flaxseed ~ still good though!

Hi Tina,

I have made these cookies before and I LOVE them! Just wondering if it would be ok to use almond milk instead of soy? Thank you for your time!

Tina - I just found this recipe and made a double batch this week and my family and clients love them. My 16yr old especially loves them warmed up. I used my favorite chocolate chips by Enjoy Life. They are: gluten-free, dairy-free, peanut-free, tree-nut free, soy free, egg free and casein-free baking. Here is the link to these amazing mini chips - in fact my hubby snacks on them for his chocolate fix. http://www.enjoylifefoods.com/our_foods/baking.php

I shared this recipe with clients this week and just posted on a my blog: http://www.nutritionlifespa.com/banana-oatmeal-chocolate-chip-cookies

Thank you Tina!!!
