Remember this pizza? Well, I entered it into the Boboli Great American Football City Tour Recipe Contest, and it was chosen as 1 of 4 SEMI-FINALISTS!!!

Breakfast
Breakfast was a lovely bowl of banana-walnut oatmeal topped with the very last spoonfuls from my jar of Barney Butter.

I’ve won a few random things. I won a Beverley Hills 90210 calendar when I was younger, a couple of stuffed animals, tickets to see Duran Duran, a hat like the ones our Olympic athletes wore at one of the Games, $168 playing bingo on my Alaska Cruise 5 years ago, tickets to a movie premiere, a BSI contest…lots of little things, but never any huge prizes.

When I was in high school I won a contest off of Seventeen.com where got to take a Limo to New York, go to lunch with the boy band Soul Decision, be in the TRL audience, and go to an Nsync concert! I got to go backstage and met Joey, JC, and Lance. Let me just say I was a hardcore Nsync fan so this was the best day of my life!

The only thing i have ever won is a pair of ski goggles in a raffle. They were donated by a locally famous (Tahoe) skier. My mom won a TV once maybe that will be good juju for you to win this TV..I’ll go vote!
Good luck on the contest. It is sad to say, but I have only one a science fair in 5th grade, so I got a trophy for that.

I had never won any contests until I came to law school this fall, and since then I have won both a Black’s Law Dictionary (worth like 80-100$) and a $25 Amazon gift card, both of which I won from law research websites just for using the sites. There is fierce competition between these websites for my business, so they give out tons of free stuff and have tons of giveaways.

I did win $1000 on a radio contest once. They just randomly phoned numbers and you had to answer a certain way to win. Thankfully my then 6 year old had recorded it on the phone for me and we won.
