Great treadmill info.  I can&#039;t wait to try some of your suggestions.  I prefer the Elliptical because I do get bored on the treadmill.  I can&#039;t run so I have to change it up by doing inclines and stuff.  Wish I had one at home so I could do it while watching all of my favorite Reality TV shows.  I would burn a lot of calories LOL</description>
