  • Ease into the evening with low-alcohol choices like Campari and soda or vermouth on the rocks.
  • Sip like a lady. The body can metabolize one drink per hour. Let your liver catch up.
  • Drink two ounces of water for every ounce of hooch. (They’ve heard this works wonders.)
  • Before bed, wash down two ibuprofen and one B vitamin with twenty ounces of water. Or try Saucy Sureau’s method: Place a vodka-spiked, ice-cold Tab on your nightstand before passing out, making sure it is the only beverage within reach. Pound upon waking.

The best hangover cure I have ever discovered is to drink 1-2 large glasses of water with vitamins (Vit C, mutli vit, B vits, fish oil, etc).

I’ve never woken up with a hangover when I’ve done this!

I always take 2 advil and drink a HUGE glass of water before going to bed. Then I keep a full glass and 2 more advil right by my bed to take ASAP when I wake up. It really helps!
