Despite enjoying a heavenly breakfast of pancakes and coffee, my stomach was growling just 3 hours later. All of those sweet, wonderful carbs just didn’t have the same staying-power as eggs or a bowl of oatmeal. Oh well, they were delicious… every single bite!
