Gotta Go

Mr. Mal is waiting for me to go shoe shopping with him, so I’ve got to make this post quick! Dinner was leftover Sweet Potato Risotto on a bed of lettuce with grape tomatoes and broccoli, drizzled with balsamic vinegar. It was very fast and easy to prepare, and very tasty to eat! :D

On the side, I had half of a pita filled with my new Raspberry Peanut Butter Spread and cut into quarters. I had a few pitted dates as well. (The Raspberry Peanut Butter Spread is awesome!!! Thanks, again, Nick!) 

All together… 

Ok, guys, I’ve gotta go!

    I am in serious need of some new shoes, too!

    That sweet potato risotto looks amaaazing. I’m loving all these flavored nut butters… I still have yet to try any of them, though!

    I have to tell you that I live right by the factory where they make that peanut butter (the Valencia one)! The very small town of Portales, NM:) They have so many flavors it is ridiculous!! Oh my gosh the dark chocolate peanut butter is AMAZING!!!!
