Monday Highlights
Good morning! Sorry about not posting last night. I worked at Healthworks and got home late, so I was really tired by the time that I ate dinner and got settled. Sleep was priority numero uno.
Quick recap of yesterday’s eats:
- Lunch: Sweet potato “disks,” Stonyfield yogurt with TJ’s high fiber “twig” cereal, a spoonful of peanut butter, and a Cocoa Mole Larabar (not a fan of this one!)
- Snack: An orange and a piece of Chocolate Pumpkin Loaf with peanut butter spread on top
- Dinner: Buffalo-cheddar cheese toast and handful of peanut butter-filled pretzels
Yesterday wasn’t the healthiest day food-wise, but I was so busy, I’m glad that I got to eat at all!
