Four Corners

Work is crazy busy right now, so just a quick lunch recap today. Hope that’s cool with y’all! Ok, here’s what I ate…

Raw veggies: carrots, red and green peppers…

Sandwich four corners: Ham and American cheese on whole wheat…

Dessert: A thick slice of Sqaush and Prune Bread…

All together now:

Back to work!!!

    I love cutting sandwiches into fours! I usually do it crossways though, instead of up and down- it’s what my mom would always do for us as kids so it somehow seems homey. Good luck with all the work- week’s almost half over :)

    That sandwich looks REALLY GOOD, jess i cut sandwhiches too!! makes em last longer and they are sooooo much better lookin that way!

    that sandwich looks amazing! and so does the squash prune bread – which says alot because prunes usually freak me out! :)
