Easy Evening
We have guests coming over in a little while to watch The Office, so I need to make tonight’s dinner post speedy!
My wonderful husband offered to cook dinner for the two of us. His pick: ham and cheddar paninis on whole wheat bread.
On the side: carrot sticks.
Dessert was quick and easy as well: a small slice of Squash and Prune Bread with a thick layer of Barney Butter. We all know that the Barney Butter is the real dessert!
And wine: Clos du Bois Pinot Noir, which is making my Friday evening much more relaxing and enjoyable!
Time to hang out and watch The Office. Happy weekend, guys! I hope yours is starting off as well as mine!

Have a really great time watching the show. Grilled sammies are always so fulfilling! I know barney butter’s the real dessert, but it’s probably a good idea to put it On something instead of spooning it out of the jar (maybe… haha)

I love Clos du Bois! I think I’ve only had their white varieties (that just took me 3 tries to spell… English major who?). Have fun watching The Office!

I’m so jealous that you have a husband who cooks (or, well, prepares meals)! My fiance will make scrambled eggs and that’s about it, haha.
I want a glass of that wine!

If I asked the BF to make dinner it would consist of lots of butter and red meat. You are lucky Mal cooks good stuff for you!
