A Friendly Morning
GOOD MORNING!!!!! 
I’m so glad that I went to bed when I did last night. I slept great! I didn’t wake up once during the night, and slept right through until 6:01 AM when my alarm went off. I had zero trouble getting out of bed, which was a great feeling. I love waking up well-rested!
This morning’s breakfast was a thick piece of French Toast Souffle from our potluck brunch on Sunday. I warmed it in the microwave and topped with diced strawberries and maple syrup.
Right now, my stomach is full and my mind is satisfied, but we’ll see how this breakfast holds up. I swear, oatmeal with 2 scoops of peanut butter/Barney Butter is the only meal that is able to successfully ward-off my hunger for 4-5 hours.

Workout
I feel like I haven’t been doing much strength training lately, so today’s workout was devoted to pumping iron.
Upper body:
- Lat Pulldown (machine), 40 lbs, 15 reps, 2 sets
- Bent-over Rows, 15 lb dumbbells, 15 reps, 2 sets
- Seated Row (machine), 50 lbs, 15 reps, 2 sets
- Overhead Shoulder Press, 12 lb dumbbells, 15 reps, 2 sets
- Side Lateral Raise, 8 lb dumbbells, 15 reps, 2 sets
- Chest Press, 20 lb dumbbells, 15 reps, 2 sets
- Push-ups, body weight, 12 reps, 2 sets
- Grand Plie Evlis Squat, 15 lb dumbbells, 15 reps, 2 sets
- Front Lunge Push-Off, 15 lb dumbbells, 15 reps, 2 sets
- Lunge-Reach Combo, 15 lb dumbbells, 15 reps, 2 sets
- Curtsy Squat and Lift, 15 lb dumbbells, 15 reps, 2 sets (this one is a killer!)

The french toast with strawberries looks delicious, but I agree with you that it might not hold you for long. I had no-oatmeal breakfast today too, and I don’t think it will hold me long either.

fav episode of friends, the one on thanksgiving when brad pitt comes and him and ross had the i hate rachel club , so funny cause she’s like ” he’s hot” and he’s motuhing that he wants to kill her , it was classic

My favorite Friends episode is the one where Monica and Rachel have the trivia competition with Chandler and Joey (Ross asks the questions)!! Then the girls risk their apartment and lose it…. It doesn’t matter how many times I watch this, I laugh out loud every single time.

Oh my – I LOVE friends! It’s hard to pick just one but one of my favorite episodes is when Ross and Chandler start spilling all the secrets about each other like Chandler kissing a guy AND the Thanksgiving one where Joey gets the turkey stuck on his head.

I LOOOOVE the one where Ross and Monica do the dance that they made up when they were younger. That one is so so so awesome. OR the one with the flashback to the prom when Ross and Rachel finally get together.

My fav Friends episode is the one where Joey puts on every article of clothing that Chandler owns and says, “Hi, I’m Chander, could I BE wearing any more clothes?!?!”

Oh I like the episode where its a flashback of their younger years and Ross and Chandler are in college and Monica and Rachel go visit them. And Monica is all fat and Rachel has her big hair and nose and Monica finds out that her fist kiss and mystery man was actually Ross! haha love it

so, when I lived in Spain, I didn’t have a DVD player/TV but I did have 103 episodes of Friends on my computer’s hard drive that my fellow English teacher gave me. So for 5 months straight I watched those episodes over and over and over again and know them all by heart.
My favorite is “The one with the last night” where Rachel moves out of Monicas apt and Chandler moves in. It’s the best.

I LOVE this question!!
My absolute favorite is when Ross finds out about Rachel, when she leaves him a drunken phone message, “I am over you, and that’s what they call closure…” and she basically tackles Ross as he’s listening to the message and he asks, “When were you under me?” But of course the best is the kiss at the end of the episode… I get goose bumps every time I watch it!

FRIENDS favorite episode is when rachel + ross go out and end up at the museum together on a date and wake up with the kids staring at them. but to be fair i love every episode <3 best show ever!

what a great question of the day! i’m probably one of the biggest friends fans in the country – i was even on the front page of my hometowns newspaper for the party i threw when friends ended!
my favorite episode, though there are so many to choose from, but probably has to be either the one with the unagi (where rachel and phoebe hide behind ross’s curtain and freak him out) or the one where ross date’s a student (when rachel burns down phoebe’s apartment and has to go live with either messy joey or ridiculously clean monica). i also love ANYTHING ross and rachel!

Yeah I definitely cannot choose one episode… but I loved reading through everyone’s answers – I’m cracking up right now!

I love the one where Joey puts on all Chandler’s clothes too! I always say, “Better not do lunges…”
And I love when Ross got leather pants and took them off at his date’s house because they were so hot, then he couldn’t get them back on…he put powder on his legs to get them to slide on, nope. he put lotion on to make them slide on, nope – it was just turning into a paste. He was talking to Joey via cell from the bathroom and Joey asked what color the paste was…
Ross: “what does it matter what color the paste is?”
Joey : “If the paste is the same color as the pants you can make yourself a pair of paste pants.”
…Also when Ross and Rachel get married, any holiday episode, the trivia game!

I don’t know if I can pick a favorite episode but my favorite lines are:
“i’m trppd in an atm vstbl wth jl gdacre” and “Guess what?” “The fifth dentist finally caved and now they ALL recommend Trident?” Chandler has all the best lines!! I also like the one with the ER docs where Rachel and Monica are pretending to be each other for insurance reasons and totally calling each other out – “I use my breasts to get attention.” “We both do that!”

Hmm, not a fan of Friends, a little too predictable and noticeably scripted for me, but I do enjoy a good french toast! Oatmeal and pb does seem to ward of hunger for quite a while, but there’s nothing wrong with feeling hungry, sometimes I even enjoy the feeling of being hungry because I greatly anticipate my next meal.

Wow, this is a tough one. My husband and I quote Friends ALL the time and it’s hard to find other die hard fans! I love Joey, Chandler and Phoebe, I think they have the best lines overall.
One of my fave quotes is when Phoebe asks Joey and Chandler to talk her brother Frank out of marrying Alice. And she says “Do you want me to lose everything? Everything?” Gets me every time!

Thanks to re-runs, I think I’ve seen every friends episode 10 times. I like the one where Monica gets stung by a jelly fish and Chandler & Joey have to pee on her. Oh, and the one when Ross gets the couch that doesn’t fit up the stairs and starts yelling at Rachel… “PIvot, PIVOT, PIVOT.”
