		<description>Oh my gosh, this post made me SO HAPPY because I would totally sign up for the Hyannis Marathon!  THANK YOU!!!  Running over the winter is a pain in the rump, but the slippery snow and ice only makes you so much faster once it melts.  THANK YOU!</description>

I tend to run on the treadmill in winter now but when I ran indoor track, I remember wearing gloves, lined pants, and just layers of t-shirt, long sleeved shirt, and running jacket along with a hat. They have cute ones now that your ponytail can stick through (I got one for Christmas last year... so handy!). Eventually you get used to it. Just avoid the ice. Nothing good comes out of running on ice. I have many scars to prove it. ;)</description>

		<description>That class sounds great. I need to do some yoga especially after a run like today 20 miler. And good for you deciding to run that half.  I love running outside. My runs are never as good on a treadmill. But then again I live Texas where we start the day with 50 degree weather and then warm up to 80.</description>

		<description>That sounds like a great class!  I used to do about 20 minutes of yoga after my runs.  Haven&#039;t been doing it lately though :(  And I&#039;ve had a couple more aches/pains lately.  Hmmm...I think I should start doing the yoga again after my runs!  It probably does a much better job of stretching me out!</description>
