Crack of Dawn
I need to hit the road ASAP, so I’ve gotta make this snappy! Breakfast was my usual bowl of warm, mushy, and satisfying oats. In today’s bowl: dried cranberries, walnuts, ground flaxseed meal, honey, and almond milk. And, of course, 2 scoops of Barney Butter to keep me full all morning long. I’ll probably grab a soy milk misto at Starbucks as well– there’s one right next to Healthworks.
My HW shift goes until 12:00, so I packed a couple of healthy snacks to hold me over until lunch. No Easy Cheese and crackers for me this time!
I’m also planning to workout after my shift– there’s no excuse to skip it once you’re already at the healthclub, right!?
I’m off! Happy Sunday! Although it feels like the work week has already started for me! Meh.
