Looks like my kind of run, if I don’t switch up my speed or incline every few minutes, I get so bored so fast. Thanks!

Sounds like a great workout! I have two questions that you may have already answered. First, do you do yoga at the gym or do you have a video? I don’t belong to a gym and was looking for a good yoga or pilates video to do at home. Second, what kind of sports bra do you use? I’m a D so it’s hard to find something that has that much support. Thanks!!

Anon,
Good question! I think I was a little over 3 miles when I finished.

Rachel,
Yep, I do yoga at the gym. I’ve tried videos and on-demand yoga, but I always lose interest half way through. I need a class with other people to keep me going!
As for sports bras, my favorite is Under Armour’s HeatGear Shaper Bra. Under Armour has a lot of other great sports bars too.
