Wednesday’s Workout
Total Body Circuit Training
Circuits: 2-3
Reps: 12-15
Weight: Dumbbells, various weights (5 – 20 lbs)
Chest press on bench
Front dumbbell raise
Triceps kickbacks
Hammer biceps curls
Bent over dumbbell rows
Squats
Stationary dumbbell lunges
The Plank (60-90 seconds)
Repeat

Tina, love your workouts! I have been trying them all week. With this circuit training workouts, do you do cario on those days in addtion to the weights, and if so how much?

It depends on how much time I have that day. Usually, I’ll try to squeeze in a 20-25 minutes, if possible.
